Fallout wont download windows 10

I've been battling with this for a day or so and then today, prompted by the reply from Annu Singh above, I set the fallout3.

I have tried to run Fallout 3 as admin. I have set the compatibility to win7 and win8 to no avail. I have the Games for windows thing downloaded, haven't done anything other than download it and open the client.
